Anyone interested in learning photography or developing as a photographer will benefit from reading them.
Daniel Eliasson - Swedish Street Photographer
I was born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden 36 years ago, and I have always been photographing for as long as I can remember. I soon developed my passion for street photography, but at the time I didn’t know that my passion for documenting social life was called “Street Photography”. I didn't show my photos to anybody outside the family for about 15 years. I didn't think I was good enough.
Paul Russell - In-Public & Street Photography Now - UK
I’ve been interested in street photography since my teens but was only really aware of a few of the very famous street and documentary photographers back then. I’ve been photographing off and on since the 70s – mostly in black and white with cheap SLRs, going through all sorts of subject matter. I had a big gloomy graveyards phase. My interest in actually “doing” street photography took off when digital came along.
